Includes a number by The Mercury All-Star Jazz Combination - Kid Ory (trombone), Zutty Singleton (drums), Bud Scott (guitar), Ed Garland (bass), Norman Bowden (trumpet) and Fred Washington (piano) - with Lud Gluskin and His Orchestra. The Mercury band later became Kid Ory's Creole Jazz Band and made a significant series of recordings on the Crescent Records label, founded by jazz producer Nesuhi Ertegun.
