Comments: For Debbie Patino. The story here is that this was one
of several songs I wrote to sing with Miss Patino on a PoshBoy Records'
sponsored novelty vinyl EP called "Y" as a satire of the LA punk
band X, who were very popular in 1983. Instead, Posh went to Russia
and brought back a wife and the record company went belly up for
a while. Miss Patino and I have lost touch since, but she was really
the most brilliant artist I met in my LA years, so the song is only
sort of satirical.

It seems to hold up pretty well, 21 years later (gasp!)
